I have ordered a box of banginapalli and other box of chinna rasalu. Banginapalli were really tasty and juicy, but few of the chinna rasalu in the box were spoiled. I approached the team and they replaced the box with banginapalli. They genuinely responded and reacted for the issue raised, for which I am really happy. Would definitely order more from konucko.
